Tent Sauna Experience
Participant Agreement and Safety Guidelines
To ensure a safe and comfortable sauna experience, please read the following carefully.
Persons Not Eligible to Participate
Individuals who fall under any of the following categories are not permitted to experience.
Those who are feeling unwell
Those who have taken medication that may cause drowsiness
Those who have been advised by a doctor to avoid bathing or sauna use
Those who are under the influence of alcohol
Pregnant individuals
Infants and young children
Usage Guidelines
If you notice smoke odors, unusual smells, or difficulty breathing inside the tent, please exit immediately.
To prevent dehydration, please ensure you drink water regularly.
Please wear sandals or appropriate footwear to protect your feet.
Do not bring items that may cause burns or be damaged, such as glasses, watches, necklaces, or other metal objects, as well as items that are not heat- or water-resistant.
If you feel unwell during use, please stop immediately and inform staff.
Excessive water pouring (löyly) may cause burns and is prohibited.
Do not bring flammable items into the tent (e.g., newspapers, magazines, cigarettes, lighters).
Electronic devices are not permitted as they may be damaged.
